How widely accepted western meals are poison to our bodies and what we were designed to eat instead.

The below information is a clear guide to:

1) Find out why the standard Western way of eating is poison by watching the “What the health?” Film.

2) Discover what all humans regardless of what they look like, or where they come from, were meant to eat by reading Dr John McDougall’s “The healthiest diet on the planet”

1) How western meals are poison
Sign into Netflix and watch “What the health?”

What the health?” Will help you understand how the majority of health studies that guide us in food and drink choices are funded by certain industries.

For example not so long ago people believed that there was no link between dietary cholesterol and blood cholesterol levels. We started to believe this based on studies, that were funded to make dietary cholesterol not seem as bad as it really is. These studies are funded by the dairy, egg and meat industries to make their products seem more appealing. These companies pay millions to lobbyists that then influence government officials and sway public opinion with bias health studies in every major Western country in the world.

If you want an example of an industry funded bias study go to the very bottom of this page where I have gave an example of one.

The documentary will clearly show you why the standard Western diet is poison for our bodies and that literally “the fat you eat is the fat you wear” (Dr John McDougall).

2) What we were designed to eat

After watching “What the health?” hopefully your eyes are now open to all the lies we have been taught. Now the issue is that the documentary never tells you what to eat, it only tells you the problem with out current way of eating. Here is where Dr John McDougall comes in. His book. “The healthiest diet on the planet” explains what to eat and why, with and extensive list of recepies you can follow.

Here is a clear example of how we were not designed to eat meat:

This is what happens within 4 hours of eating a fatty meal:

Watch the documentary and then follow what the books says and you will not regret it. You could be in the best shape of your life and feel the best you ever have.

Let’s start a movement!!

Contact me with any questions you have regarding all this I don’t do this for the pennies I make selling books, I do this because watching the film and following the book changed my life forever and I want to give everyone the same chance I had. You may not fully understand until you have gone through the same process. For the sake of your health and the health of the planet I hope you do.

All the best,

And a massive thank you to Dr John McDougall for all his hard work and to Kip AndersenKeegan Kuhn – What the health?.

An example of a bias industry funded study

“Industries Encourage Meat and Dairy, Under the Guise of Being a UK Charity

25 MAY 2016 · PUBLIC

Citizens of the UK (United Kingdom) were told in an article published on May 23, 2016 in the guardian that eating carbohydrates is bad, and eating animals and fat is good. Under the guise of a charity and professional organization, the National Obesity Forum has blamed “the low-fat diet” as the cause of epidemic diseases including obesity, diabetes, and heart disease.” The claim from this organization is that: “People need to avoid low-fat, processed foods and instead eat whole foods, such as meat, fish and dairy… Not only does eating fat not make us fat, full-fat foods such as milk, yoghurt and cheese can even protect the heart.”

The National Obesity Forum is funded by British Meat Nutrition Education Services, pharmaceutical companies (GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi-Aventis, Roche Products), weight loss businesses (LighterLife UK), and many others interested in keeping people so confused that they will continue to buy sickening foods. Secondary financial benefits are going to those who sell products (drugs and diets) to treat the medical problems caused by the very foods recommended by the National Obesity Forum.

Dr. Aseem Malhotra

The official spokesperson, Dr. Aseem Malhotra, a cardiologist and member of the charity, is the “Dr. Lard of the UK.” Please take the trouble to read about the original “Dr. Lard of the US,” Ronald Krauss, MD, who was the first professional turncoat, bought by the meat and dairy indust

Unfortunately this will be a hard fought war because industry has the money and all we have is truth and success. For more information on the benefits of avoiding meat, dairy, and fat, and instead eating the traditional starch (carbohydrate) based human diet see my website, http://www.drmcdougall.com.

Sodium laureth sulfate (SLS) the skin irritant that you could easily avoid

For a full breakdown of how SLS can cause irritation see the below website all credit goes to Judy Johnson for the article:

The above pictures clearly show products you can find in Tesco that are SLS free that I personally use.

Watch “The Benefits of Cold Showers | The Art of Manliness” on YouTube

I take a cold shower every day without fail. 60 seconds on my back 20 seconds on my chest. I have clearly seen a difference in how alert I am, my sleep, my circulation, my hair health and maybe weight loss but I cannot confirm the last one. Slowly work your way up to these times. After you finish your normal shower and taken care of hygiene, then start with 10 seconds on your back, 5 on your front and work your way up each week.
